Pets welcome within guidelines. Pet limit (2) with a weight limit of 45 lbs, breed restrictions apply. Must be at least 1 year old, spayed/neutered, and up to date on all vaccinations. No pit bulls or pit bull mix. If approved an additional $500 security deposit and $35/mo pet rent is required per pet.

The size of each model and rent amount are as follows:

Security deposit: $1,275.00
Tenant pays electricity and a flat bill back utility fee of $100 per month for Water/Sewer. Owners may switch to ratio-based utility billing in the future. Garbage is provided.
